Job Responsibilities

1. Candidates will be based at Thane and provide support to the Manager procurement at Head Office 2.Responsible in discharging responsibilities like computation of civil work quantities, preparing the documentation for negotiations / finalization, preparation of contract documents and follow up with vendor for necessary inputs (documentation, negotiation, etc.) 3.He / she will be a responsible for understanding scope of work, proper study of drawings, billing, quantity estimation and initial estimation of rates. 4.Maintain proper and accurate records and documentation. 5.Prepare relevant reports as required from time to time. 6.The ideal candidate must be a graduate / Diploma Civil engineer, sincere, hard-working, good in co-ordination, organized and must possess an eye for detail.
