Job Responsibilities

Ensure timely opening and closing of stores with strict adherence to opening and closing processes. Ensure smooth store operations, process compliance, and removal of operational bottlenecks. Deliver high standards of customer satisfaction, convenience, and service across all touchpoints. Ensure accurate stock management including FIFO, freshness, availability, and stock take accuracy. Prevent loss of sales through floor readiness, quick checkout, space optimization, and traffic flow management. Implement loss prevention measures covering pilferage, theft, wastage, and asset protection. Optimize manpower utilization through effective planning, task allocation, supervision, and follow-up. Maintain store safety, hygiene, statutory compliance, and readiness for audits and inspections. Coordinate with vendors, third-party agencies, and handle government/statutory visits. Drive team performance through daily communication, motivation, training, employee development, and engagement.
