Role Summary:

The role holder is responsible for reviewing and ensuring vendors comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Position Reporting to

FMCG Head

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Compliance Oversight: Independently review vendor compliance levels regarding all applicable laws and company policies.
• Field Audits: Visit stores to review and assess compliance levels maintained by vendors on products, specifically regarding:
  • FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India)
  • W&M (Weights & Measures)
  • Legal Metrology
  • Other relevant regulatory compliances
• Reporting & Analysis: Review and analyze various reports to identify gaps or areas for improvement. Share observations, develop corrective action plans, and prepare/present reports as required.
