Job Responsibilities

Manage vendor relationships Excellent communication skills Good understanding of rate card concepts Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to lead contractual discussions between Legal and vendor teams, Contract amendment etc Strong negotiations skills to achieve maximum savings Releasing RFP to vendors , preparing cost comparatives , preparing price sheet finalizations and getting approvals from stakeholders Exposure to SAP

Skills

Good basic team management, communication skills and advanced customer management skills. Experience in grooming and basic customer management skills. Should be well versed on the SOP of Cash Officer. Is also responsible to ensure all is well and under control at the check out area. Should also be the lead in managing customer complaints and quickly escalate issues to senior Cash Officer or Manager in case of matters going out of control. Effective management of check out area Process orientation, coordination, followup Should also be aware of ERT process and confident in evacuating people peacefully in an emergency.
